Godzilla getting a knee to the stomach like it was an indie wrestling match entertained me to no end. Hated or was indifferent to all the humans though.

a reminder to myself that not all controversial exploitation films are interesting to watch. this sucked so bad. waste of time. I don’t often regret watching films, but this one gets that honor.

Gave this a rewatch. Simple 50s sci-fi horror that I appreciate more with each viewing. It’s a comfort movie for me, and objectively constructed better than most b-movies of this time period. Between this & BLOODLUST! (1961), the star, Gene Persson, is an underrated b-movie boy.
