    The editing at times was a bit choppy. The narrative at the beginning was a bit sticky and difficult to get into.
    But my god, it's got enough plot twists to keep me satisfied for the next three years.
    And Ledger. Heath Legend, really.

    Does it play on all the heartstrings? Yes. Are Gleeson and McAdams adorable? Yes. Did I cry? Yes. Do I want Bill Nighy to be my dad? Yes. Does it make me want to stop and appreciate every little thing life has to offer? Yes.
    Wholesome is the word the comes in mind when I think of this film, and if I had Tim's power, I would go back just to rewatch all the wonder and magic again with fresh eyes.

    Weird, but I actually really enjoyed this movie. Perhaps it was the twisting and intertwining short stories, or the (annoyingly) unkillable and charismatic leads, or even the gore (rest in peace young n creepy Hannibal Lecter). While I'm not typically a fan of enormous amounts of skin, this I feel had the balance right as the girls were empowered and feared as women and not just used as sex toys primarily. Also, can we just talk about the amazing lighting…
