A film that feels like it was made for me.
There’s a point in the film where the main character is batting people off motorcycles with his shotgun after he just destroyed half of a building.
It’s just off the wall insane fun.
Also the soundtrack is out of this world good.
The direction by Hill is outstanding.
The opening sequence probably being the best example.
Also this film wastes no time.
    It didn’t drag once.
    It’s fast paced crazy fun.
And exactly what I needed after an exhausting week.
    13/10

I’ve had an up and down relationship with Blade Runner.
At first I liked it but I didn’t get the hype then I watched it again and completely fell in love with it. But I started thinking about it more and started to dislike it but then recently I decided to give another rewatch and form my opinion on it.

The visuals, the story, the score, and the set design are all amazing.…

I’ll get my main issue out of the way first.
The middle part of the film dragged not a lot but a few scenes went on a bit to long.
However the positives far out way the negatives. Which I had very few of.
    For one the ending.
I knew it was crazy but not that crazy.
Like there’s a specific scene involving Christina Hendrick’s character which I…

It’s been a while since I’ve rewatched this and I was starting to doubt it was my favorite Kubrick.
    So I rewatched it.
Its back to being my favorite film.
    I’m still in shock.
I forgot how much it connected with me and how amazing the visuals were.
    The score is outstanding.
    The story is intriguing.
And again my personal connection to the film really brings it up a notch.
    Also the atmosphere is insane.
    That scene were Bill realizes…
