It seriously takes a good director to make a horror so chilling, and enthralling which takes place in broad daylight. What a ride honestly. The majority of the film came across as very left field and just...well bizarre but honestly, I was oddly entertained by it. Some parts of the film were seriously elongated which I guess created a few pacing problems for me, but I suppose I was too intrigued to really care since what was being dragged out…
Wow I could feel chills when the credits started rolling. Beautifully made and very grand in scale - the film managed to chronicle so much during its less than 2 hour runtime. Loved the choice to cast real life Nomads as themselves. Seemed almost documentary-like with Fern just being a gate way for us to become engrossed within this sub-culture. Great stuff.
