Every performance is just phenomenal. Saoirse is *so* great in this, I honestly forget that it’s her because I just see the character Lady Bird. Also the JV football coach directing the play is the best thing ever.
This part has nothing to do with the movie, but dawg I CANNOT deal with another day of hating myself for not being good enough. I know I’m gonna wake up tomorrow morning, and just like every other day I’m gonna spend the day wishing I had any good qualities at all and wishing everything about me was different. It’s been like this forever and I can’t take a whole life of it. Not sure what I’m going to do. Being alive is a deeply painful thing, and I do not enjoy it.
LOVE Lady Bird though haha
