Really enjoyed it. Andrea Riseborough and Christopher Abbott are excellent. Between this and Mank I'm interested in seeing more from Tuppence Middleton. Jennifer Jason Leigh is her usual reliable self. Was expecting more Sean Bean, but he was fun to watch in the scenes he was in. Overall, it doesn't always feel like it knows its goal and how to reach its full potential, but it remains fascinating and gory. Very excited to see what's next from this new Cronenberg.

I wasn't too sure what to think of it during the first half, but it completely won me over by the end. While I don't think it's on par with Inside Out, this is still another excellent work from Pete Docter, one of our finest animators working today. The animation is stunning, I love the score which is one of the most unique I've heard in a while, Tina Fey's voice work is outstanding, and the final shot is simply perfect.

    Rian Johnson invented movie entertainment.

Seriously though, this was an absolute blast. Go watch it now, no matter what you're doing. I have a strong feeling this is going to become a comfort movie for me. Rian Johnson is god. Ana de Armas is perfection. Why are you still reading? Go, buy your tickets. See it again if you've seen it already. Take your family, take your neighbors! Just give me more Benoit Blanc mysteries please
