Jake Nicholson’s review published on Letterboxd:
An incredibly beautiful, deeply American film. A triumph for Lee Isaac Chung who has masterfully constructed such a universal, authentic film from a very personal story.
Steven Yeun and Yeri Han both deliver incredible performances here. However, the stand out performances come from young newcomer Alan S. Kim and his relationship with the remarkable Yuh-Jung Youn. Will Patton also gives a great performance.
One of, if not the most, genuinely human films I’ve seen this year.
