I've been sitting with this one for a while and I hate to say it but The Dead Don't Die sucks. I have an admiration for Jarmusch, and I think there are some interesting ideas at play here. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle resembles a big budget video game - it has the same sense of spectacle, the same ridiculous CG. And, unfortunately, the same abysmal writing, plot, and lack of self-awareness. Oh, and the same used of tired and harmful gender, age, and race stereotypes!
So yeah, you could say it's a bad movie.
