Jordan Garcia’s review published on Letterboxd:
What’s really beautiful about this film is that the concept of a contract killer being able to actually possess another human being in order to carry out a series of actions to create a scenario in which their target can be killed seems like something Nolan and a big studio would love to put their exposition loving little claws on and add a lot of action on top of that where as the heir to the Cronenberg crown knows that what really makes a concept like this great is showing the character struggle with identity and the wear and tear of the job in a smaller and more intimate way while also adding a lot of great body horror and blood!!! Know as little as possible and just watch it.
Andrea Riseborough should be in everything and more directors need to have more of their characters smash peoples heads in.
Long Live The New Flesh!!!
