    Dune is only one half of a film, but somehow Villeneuve manages to make a masterpiece out of it. A real passion project, it is guaranteed to turn some people off because it is more concerned with being true to the spirit of the source material than creating some kind of corporate, committee-approved blockbuster.     Such a beautiful action film, a feast for the senses. I loved the thematic and visual motif of water. The camera work was so brilliant in the action scenes, with incredible angles and the sounds really packed a punch. A fitting and appropriately epic end to the best James Bond saga as far as I’m concerned.
