I hate this movie so much
this movie is totally incredible and i found it in the long run very optimistic for a reason i couldn't track. the very last moment really makes it, and reminded me of rivette. the drama of the attempted suicide if that's even what it was and then the leaving of the house, the appearance of like some kind of order, it's a shift of tone that really fits
the movie shows this totally fascinating relationship between the outer and the inner life and the layers of that, and an unpeeling of history and assertion of, despite trauma, the present, which was, like cathartic or something, and made me feel good.
