Sort of dig the little to no attempt to properly adapt it from a chamber play into a feature film, because the screenplay alone is sufficiently compelling. Above all, it's an acting showcase for the entire cast. Chadwick Boseman's got a plethora of Oscar clips and he's electrifying in all of them. I especially love to see Viola Davis in a role based on a real person; it feels markedly looser and more physical than her other roles and she's just a hoot to watch.
