    Fascinatingly bad.

There's a certain mystique to a film that is thoughtful, well constructed, but utterly and entirely insufferable. M. Knight has taken perch in that niche with glee. He knows how to make a good movie as evidenced by his early career, and yet he still has zero understanding of how humans emote. Nothing felt like it was happening to real people. Which is really important with such an outlandish premise.

Now this is pop filmmaking. Wright effortlessly mixes broad sentimentality with a unique premise, building upon his work in Baby Driver but bringing a more authentic touch to the material. A good old fashioned ghost story that has enough twists on the what is expected to keep you engaged. It's kaleidoscope vision of London really catches me in the right way, seemingly both era and thematically appropriate. To the point and with nary a wasted scene this proves Wright has more tricks up his sleeves sans Pegg and Frost.

The beauty of this film is in the silent subtleties hidden between the big sweeping moments. It's an epic of small proportions, it's grand ideas playing out between allegorical figures that are also human. The cast is small enough to give ample time for each character…

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

When this show was announced I was intrigued. Here was an opportunity to explore a relationship that existed only in the margins of a few Marvel movies. And while the show did fully explore Wanda and Vision's relationship, it marginalized so many other plot lines it becomes a laughable addition to the MCU. Vision gets brought back to life and immediately that plot line is dropped because dealing with repercussions isn't what this show is about. Wanda is able to…
