A watched Coppola's new edit, The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone, with a kinder mind than the last time I saw the original version. It made me want to watch the original edit for a side-by-side comparison. Godfather III was always meant as a coda to the first two films, which told a complete story, and Coda benefits from emphasizing that distinction.

My new assessment: Sofia is OK but not good, far from the worst Hollywood nepotism case…
