“For the first time, everybody likes me.”
The story of a wealthy teenager using his popularity to do illicit activities, such selling pills, giving medical advice and rebelling the students of his new school against the principal. His actions reveal a series of childhood problems that were left untouched and made him the reckless kid that he is.
Very fun in an almost 80s/90s kind of way, Ferris Bueller style. The story goes through bits and pieces of comedy and drama that fit really well together. Young Anton Yelchin was great as the lead, and had a nice chemistry with Hope Davis, Kat Dennings and Robert Downey Jr.
Perfect for one of those days when you’re just in the mood for something quick and easy to watch.
