    The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It


    Oh Ed and Lorraine, what happened here? By far the worst of the Conjuring universe for many reasons, not the least of which it's based on a real murder case. Possession and hauntings are one thing, but as a defense in a criminal court, it's a step too far.

    Other missteps abound. We love Ed and Lorraine for being formulaic (not the Annabelle or Nun series, just Ed and Lorraine). Typically we met the haunted family, watch Ed and Lorraine…

    Early days of Texas Chainsaw-demented inbred family style horror, with a touch of Romero type theatrics, Spider Baby paved the way for so many horror films of the 70s. Props for Sid Haig as the younger, dim-witted brother, looking like a pinhead circus freak.

    27. a previously unseen concert movie.

    Can't believe I'd never seen Stop Making Sense-- all the hits are here plus some I hadn't heard from the idiosyncratic David Byrne and co. Was glad they included the Tom Tom Club song Genius of Love. Once in a Lifetime is still brilliant, the video is a classic.
