i thought i was gonna love ouatih but i ended up a bit underwhelmed by the film. i'm not saying it's bad, it just didnt meet my expectations.
tarantino's love letter to 1960s hollywood felt like a series of vignettes and is quite disconnected imo. also think it lacked a coherent thoroughline. and tbh, i never felt it found a groove. but i enjoyed the last 30 mins tho, probably the only time you'll remember that you're watching a tarantino film.
leo & brad killed it! both of them have such great chemistry onscreen. ouatih is another leo performance where he reminds everybody that he's one of the best actors on the planet. brad on the other hand will always possess this signature cool and charm that makes him a visual treat. but he never fails to show that he's more than just an eye candy, he can act, too.
p.s.: foot fetishists will not be disappointed
