    On the Count of Three

    ★★★★

    Sundance Film Festival 2021

A surprisingly in depth look into friendship and the importance of life. Even with the numerous light hearted scenes, On the Count of Three has a strong, emotional core to it. Carmichael and Abbott give very solid performances which solidify their characters’ dynamic.

    The Sparks Brothers

    ★★★½

    Sundance Film Festival 2021

A superbly well-edited documentary with a terrific sense of humor. There’s a lot of information is presented but the film still moves at a brisk pace. Sparks has so much personality and Edgar Wright shows it off very well in his first documentary, The Sparks Brothers.

The story, albeit not very challenging, had some really well deserved payoffs as well as some interesting reincorporation throughout the film. Many of the characters presented all have…
