    🎶 Apathy’s a tragedy and boredom is a crime🎵 

    This special is a true masterpiece. Inside isn’t a comedy special at all, it’s more of a deep dive into the mind of Bo Burnham and his mind just happens to be funny sometimes. Everything in this special is really good, the songs are all great, the framing of the shots is breathtaking and the lighting is astounding. This one really connected with me more than any other special or movie or tv show I’ve seen and I intend to rewatch it frequently.

    How did they get everything so wrong?

    One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen, the writing sucks, the cinematography is laughably bad, and if you’ve never seen the the show it’s based off of, none of it will make any sense. Not to mention the cringe inducing narration that adds nothing to the movie. They don’t even say the names of the characters correctly and the acting is atrocious, it looks more like a high school theater production than…

    David Fincher delivers another excellent crime movie and a surprising amount of horror elements with this one.  The story, the acting, and directing all work together to create this film and it shows just how much effort was out into this, I could spend a whole day talking about the lighting alone.

    The literal perfect film, Martin Scorsese is jealous of bubble boy. Tarantino wishes he made bubble boy. Spielberg can only dream of making bubble boy. 

    The most early 2000’s movie ever and Borat totally ripped this off (Borat released 5 years after this). Jake Gyllenhaal kills it in his role and the movie’s writing is extremely sharp and hilarious. I had to take one star off because it does play most of the bubble boy thing  for laughs even though…
