    The Ladykillers

Great actors, amazing shots and a good pace throughout. Especially the ending sequence.

I think I love the original too much.
It's not bad at all, but this one gave me a feeling of trying too hard to be funny sometimes, for my taste.

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb

A humorous and utterly frightening tale by Stanley Kubrick.
The dumbness of everyone was so epic you might just develop a chilling thought, that this is how the people actually are. behind the doors.
Just seeing Peter Sellers in three roles (Dr. Strangelove, the President & Mandrake) was good enough, but with the combination of the sarcastic dialogue and the satisfying cinematography, this film is yet another masterpiece from Kubrick.

So many great actors in one film!
Tom Hardy is just perfect in every way and I really enjoyed watching the relationship between the three brothers.

    The Pianist

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

A powerful movie with excellent performance by Adrien Brody, (who actually learned to play the piano!), and the beautiful music that conveys the devastated and heartbreaking history.

So far I have watched The Tenant, Rosemary's Baby, Carnage and Ghost Writer by Polansky, but I have to say, I am astonished with how each film holds a completely different feeling to it.

The scene of the piano performance by the protagonist with the German officer as the single audience was breathtaking and powerful.
