Chris Chretien’s review published on Letterboxd:
I am a sucker for Horror Anthologies and I love them as much as I love Creature Features, even ones that are 2h49m long! This one was quite unique with how the opening story began. All that I will say is that if ever I rub a lamp and a genie pops out, I hope that it looks like Mahktoonah or Sabiah (Megan Garcia in a dual role).
First off, if you are offended by topless women or adult content, this movie isn't for you. Our main lead actress, Megan Garcia, goes topless throughout the entire movie and travels topless with one of our other main leads, but it does quite fit in with her role and the fact that she is gorgeous really helps to ignore this fact.
This anthology has 10 stories including the wrap-around stories. Honestly, I loved the two wrap-around stories the best and they join together in a humorous outcome. The Devil’s Corkscrew; Isabelle Returns; The Ditch; and Bed and Breakfast were quite enjoyable if not either cheesy or campy, but fun nonetheless. The other stories were not horrible, just so-so.
The acting and dialogue ranged from cringy to decent at times. I liked Megan Garcia and thought her genie character was a lot of fun. The gore, blood, and makeup wasn't half bad either.
For a low budget Indie Horror, Mathew Kister did a decent job with this fairly entertaining film.
