I am fully aboard the David Fincher train. I am a sucker for a good Brad Pitt role so this is the perfect film for me. Does this count as a noir crime drama? It is so dark and the city that it takes place in seems like the worst place on Earth, but it never misses a step and it comes in at a perfect run time of 128 minutes. My favorite scene just might be the one of Morgan Freeman's (in a perfectly casted and executed role) character doing research in the library as Bach's Air echoes throughout the building. Fincher is incredible.
I finally know what is in the box.
