Starved for chaser representation as I am, I'll give this all the stars I can.
Being a chaser is a fetish. But it is also a political stand with pertaining ethics. I think the film makes an effort to show that by, for example, quoting bakunin. There's not much development of the subject, but this is fifteen minutes long and it does its best.
