Hot damn. I went into this knowing virtually nothing about the plot and you better believe I spent 90% of it with absolutely ZERO idea of where it was all going. It's like a tense fever dream of a movie that had me on edge the whole time but boy is that payoff delicious.
The entire movie plays like a delicate peeling of an onion with new layers of the characters exposed in every scene. Throw in some stunning vistas with the top notch cast and tight direction by Jane Campion and you've got yourself truly something special.

Ok yeah I know the original 'Grease' is technically a better movie and a legitimate classic...but I love 'Grease 2' more and I'll never apologize for it.
The songs are catchier, the dancing is better, the female empowerment is stronger, and Maxwell Caulfield is the goddamn hottest man alive in every frame of this movie.
    Don't @ me.
