Hideo Kojima must’ve really loved this movie a lot don’t blame him who doesn’t love an 80s action movie taken place in the most iconic city. Snake Plissken running around with a silenced smg and a ridiculous scope on it is the best thing to witness in life. John Carpenter does an amazing job showing us this crazy dystopian playground full of life and unique characters. It still holds up today the movie is so good it feels like it’s only 30 minutes it goes by so fast. I’d cut my entire arm off to see Kurt Russell and John Carpenter make another movie together idc something filled with 80s vibes that would be amazing I need that in my life.
