A fairly dismal presentation of the Alistair MacLean novel, sliced and diced, but redeemed somewhat by a fairly exciting boat chase. Watch if you have nothing better to do.
To begin with, the link to Amazon is NOT to the 1975 James Whitmore one-man show, but to a series of interviews that David Susskind had with the actual Harry S. Truman in 1961, followed by clips from a later David Susskind show. The amazon show suffers from the fact that much of it is inexplicably duplicated minute-by-minute from the first part of the show.
The art work is from the David Susskind interviews, NOT the one-man show starring James Whitmore.
