    Almost good. Unfocused, alarmist stuff. Several violent scenes are linked together by almost nothing, really, it has little to no thematic consistency: if it's shocking or unusual or gruesome it makes the cut. Some scenes are repeated, for some reason. There's assassinations, assassination attempts, interviews with serial killers, extensive footage of people shooting at each other and dying; the only thing these images have in common is death and being complemented by the wonderfully cool voice of Chuck Riley.
