Writing this quick review in honour of Olivia Coleman winning best actress!!!
This movie is phenomenal, and I ever since I’ve seen it I’ve been trying to figure out in words why, but I reallt can’t do it, it’s one of those things that is so different and out there that it needs to be seen and not explained, it’s just that good, it speaks for itself.
Olivia, Rachel and Emma KILL this movie, they all do such amazing jobs, this being my favourite performance from Emma (one of my favourite actresses), but I would like to point out my favourite performance from Nicholas, he, in my opinion was the stand out character besides the 3 lady’s and deserves recognition for that.
While I find myself at a lack of words on how to describe the film I can say that this is artistically perfect, the way the set was created and the outfits as well as the camera work all came together to make a peice of art unlike anything I’ve ever seen.
Finally, I can’t review this movie and not mention the fact that it had one of my favourite scenes this year if not of all time, the dancing scene. That scene in and of itself is worth price of admission and more.
All I have left to say is that if you haven’t seen this movie you’re missing out, and I really mean it, go see this movie, because it might just be your Favourite.
