I think this might be the only Holocaust-themed film I've seen in which the central focus is retribution; as such, it's certainly very timely in its Oscar-season exposure. I hope it wins the award not only because it's the best of the five nominees, but also to hear what Kantor and Gicelter have to say in their acceptance speech!
