This is one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen. The loneliness of Tokyo shines in dauntingly wide and empty frames. In a way, Asami is all of us– perhaps braver than all of us. I think every woman who has been abused or abandoned by men hopes that her next man will make her "the only one". But only this Leading Lady has the tools under her belt to get her revenge when things inevitably go… awry.
