An extremely riveting and entertaining film that takes a concept we've come to know and turns it on its head. The film is also dominated by it's 3 main performances who all give some of the best work of their career and deserve every praise they've gotten. It is also very well helmed by Yorgos Lanthimos who even when stripping away most of his common tropes is still able to deliver a great story here and put his stamp all over this film. The film also has some of the best cinematography of the entire year and a score that perfectly carries the film. It also includes an ending that will most likely take many off-guard, but for me perfectly summed up the entire film and may be one of my favorite endings of the entire year. Overall this is just another great film from Lanthimos who continues to show why he's one of the best workings today and makes me elated to see he's finally getting the recognition he truly deserves.
