Average at best. The premise is interesting enough, but I can't say the same for the execution. Can't wait to see Timo Tjahjanto's remake. I think he'd knock it off the park.

An underdog tale of some sort, but not in the traditional sense. I didn't like it as much as I thought I would, but it's still good I guess. The top-notch choreography outweighs It's messiness albeit also being a bit hollow and whatnot. That's about it I think.

- So what? I wanna get out! Cause there's so much out there! So many different people, living different lives! Incredibly good guys, bad guys... Folks completely different from us! It's one huge melting pot! See, it's not about success, dying in the streets, who's better, who's not! I just want to be a part of it! I realized that even if I've no connections,…
A beautiful disaster. Vulgar Auteurism at its finest. The best of it's kind.

In terms of quality, Fallen Angels is miles better than Chungking Express. Fallen Angels succeed where Chungking Express did not; intertwining two stories together. Hell, part of the reason why I used to hate Chungking Express is because I prefer the first story over the second one. However, I believe I connect to Chungking Express more than I do with Fallen Angels. But damn, Fallen Angels is so good.
Final Verdict: A+
Wasn't so bad, actually. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is, by definition, awful -- but I had fun seeing it. The highlights being the grisly kills and whatnot. Obviously, being a slasher film, there are dozens of dumb decisions throughout. That's about it I think. There's not much to say, really.

- I'm somebody now, Harry. Everybody likes me. Soon, millions of people will see me and they'll all like me. I'll tell them about you, and your father, how good he was to us. Remember? It's a reason to get up in the morning. It's a reason to lose weight, to fit in the red dress. It's a reason to smile. It makes tomorrow all right.…
A kick-ass action-adventure film with over-the-top action sequences and 2000s cheese all over it. That's pretty much it.

- Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh, my God. It even has a watermark.
Ah, yes -- American Psycho. Another film in the sigma male canon. Honestly, I didn't expect to like it this much. I thought I would like it, but not love it. Here's why:
Patrick Bateman is an interesting character. Christian Bale portrayed him flawlessly. I couldn't…

- (what took you so long?) Traffic was bitch.
First Altman film. Insightful meta-commentary on Hollywood's state during that period. Slow at times. Eager to see more of his works. Is that 25 words?
