The Sound Of Metal really proves how the combination of visuals + sound can create such a visceral cinematic experience. Breathtaking film at every turn.

Incredibly stylistic and true to the Seuss designs (with many new additions that would have fit right in with the book), but the story felt really drawn out and not as emotionally impactful as the other versions.

Paying homage to many classic slashers but feeling unique at the same time, it ultimately leaves too many questions unanswered for the ending to be at all satisfying.

The first half of this movie sets up so much promise. What an ensemble.
