*Definitely prepare yourself for the sexual assault scene, its a really harsh depiction of domestic assault*
Three women (two Muslim and one Christian) in Tel Aviv, all struggling hard to hold on to their autonomy no matter what background or circles they run in that is assumed "progressive". In the face of it all they have each other, presented in a naturalistic way that demonstrates both the joys and limits of what they can do in the greater cultural enviroment. That last shot of the three united but staring off devastated about their individual arcs is something I want framed and hung on my wall.
