What a way to start off the new year by watching what's probably Pixar's most existential film yet. The film's message of defining our purpose and living life to the fullest honestly gripped me, and the film's conceptualization of pre-existence is both extremely creative and unique

What a way to end off this crazy ass year with a crazy ass movie. My god, the whole film just feels so suspenseful and yet so goddamn original. It honestly baffles me that Jake Gyllenhaal wasn't nominated for Best Actor.

Finally, after 2 weeks, I can safely say that I have seen every Studio Ghibli film, of course until the new releases come out, but wow, what an amazing company, honestly. This film in particular is just so astonishing to watch and I'm so glad that movies like this exist.
