Patrick Galvin’s review published on Letterboxd:
I dunno, I just don't enjoy watching Tarantino play out his apparent hate for women over 3 hours.
I would've thought post-Weinstein and the Me Too movement that he'd sort of check his less than savoury tendencies, especially considering his proximity to it all, but instead he's leaned hard into them.
This film has shreds of moments I enjoyed but it mostly just felt gross and unnecessary.
Also I'm starting to think he just likes the past so much because it gives him an excuse to be racist.
Real hard for me to be excited for his """tenth and final film""" after this one.
