A real pleasure of a film, with just the perfect balance of observation and incident - Kelly Reichardt playing to all her strengths.

That should have been the tag-line.
Seriously though, for all that it touches on valuable truths about how to live one's life to the full, I enjoyed this most as a straight-up comedy. The gags come really fast throughout, and nearly all of them are crackers. And I loved the score by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
