I love cinema, football, and I don't know what else to say.
"Kill Bill: Vol. 1" is a masterpiece with 111 minutes of pure fun and a lot of blood. It is the most visually beautiful film that Tarantino has ever made. There are several scenes here that you can put on a board to put in your room.
This was the second time that I watched this movie and my love for it just grows. I haven't watched Vol. 2 yet for several reasons, but now it's time to finally watch…
"His House" is a film about trauma and regrets. It is dense, dark and very scary at times. Some scenes really scared me! That scene where that thing (without spoilers) gets off the ground is one of the most bizarre of 2020. I would not help anyone at that moment, I would be the first to run.
2020 looks like an endless year, a year that should be forgotten and erased from our minds. Unfortunately, we don't have the power to do that. Life is like that, we don't know what can happen today or tomorrow.
Rest in peace, Chadwick Boseman. I'm sure you are with master Stan Lee right now. Your legacy will continue here, your importance will be much greater than it was, you will still be the inspiration for many people.
Today is the birthday of the genius and peerless, Martin Scorsese.
My favorite film of his is "The Irishman" because it is his most mature film. He could have made a mafia movie like he had done before, but he opted for a more melancholy and contemplative way. "Goodfellas", "Casino" and "The Irishman" form a perfect mafia trilogy, ranging from glamor to loneliness.
