I love cinema, football, and I don't know what else to say.
From beginning to end, "Spencer" is an experience that leaves you feeling smothered and overwhelmed. Kristen Stewart's performance is my favorite female performance of the year. She manages to bring out everything Diana is feeling with just one look. She doesn't need to say anything, her face says it all. Oppression is everywhere, she cannot escape, however much she tries to do so. When she has happier moments, you're happy too, because you know those moments are rare. And the saddest thing is to know that Diana was a woman full of life and love, and the ending comes to remind us of that. It's beautiful.
2020 looks like an endless year, a year that should be forgotten and erased from our minds. Unfortunately, we don't have the power to do that. Life is like that, we don't know what can happen today or tomorrow.
Rest in peace, Chadwick Boseman. I'm sure you are with master Stan Lee right now. Your legacy will continue here, your importance will be much greater than it was, you will still be the inspiration for many people.
I think DC has finally realized that making a great superhero movie isn't that hard, it's just putting the right director with the right characters.
Daniela Melchior as Ratcatcher is the heart of this film. I loved the other characters, but she has brought out an innocence the movie needed, as most of the characters are completely insane.
