Hipster Alchemist’s review published on Letterboxd:
It's pretty good at delivering gags, but when it comes to actual plotting the movie falls short. The romance at the heart of it all is cliche. Unfortunately the plot weighs the movie down, acting as an anchor of mediocrity. The film is at it's worse when it's trying to be serious and actually make you care about what's going on. It can be a funny film, but you have to put up with the boring romance and conflict. If you are feeling up to slumming it a bit for some laughs then this is a decent watch. But no one is going to blame you for going with a movie that's more entertaining overall.
