Redline (2009) sure is action packed! This futuristic racing anime always has something crazy happening. Every character, vehicle and moment is unique and over the top, with an art style to match. I loved the use of solid black in the vibrant animation. The story is kind of bad, but the setting makes it fun. They are racing on some robo planet controlled by a totalitarian government and at times, there are more projectiles on screen than in a bullet hell shooter. They also convey a lot of the character of the universe through the televised packages about the race, the track and its racers.
