Minari ★★★★

First-generation learning to assimilate (some say sacrifice) in ways their second-generation already knows, or perhaps better-said, never knew. Planting the roots to prosper in a new nation is typically a challenge the first gens dedicate the rest of their lives to, repeatedly uprooting themselves just to find a good place to raise the second gens. Often the conditions don't allow them to thrive, but sometimes they find that perfect spot where the minari flourishes like nowhere else.
