Paul Robinson’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is one of Cameron's finest films. Cameron really knows how to pull a great sequel out of the bag. In a similar vein to Aliens, Cameron ups the ante... all in! This is bigger, bolder, funnier and hugely ambitious in the Special Effects department. If I had to rank them I would say I prefer the grittier original but this is by no means in detriment to this stunning sequel. This film has the right combination of action, violence and a perfect sprinkling of cheese. My only qualms are Edward Furlong's annoying voice and Arnie's famous thumb. Excellent casting of Robert Patrick as the pointy eared, morphing molten metal menace that is the amazing T-1000. Even after 20 years the effect still hold up strong. One of the best films of the 90's.
