So after watching the first one about a year ago and it scaring the crap out of me, this year I had decided to watch more horror movies for Halloween, I kinda had to force myself to watch this because the first one was really scary (for me), but I had heard this one wasn’t as scary and more funny, and they were right. This movie was all over the place, cheesy effects, jump scares, one liners, it was quite the ride and I liked it, hopefully soon I’ll watch Army of Darkness
I thought this was gonna be kinda cheesy but it really wasn’t, it was extremely suspenseful and had me looking at every dark corner of the screen to see where Michael would pop up next, the jump scares were 90% effective and didn’t feel cheap like the movie was relying on them which was also good. The score was also very good and further shows Carpenters talent for both directing and composing. So yeah pretty good movie.

Ok… where to start… I liked it a lot, I liked the little homages to some of the other films like On Her Majesty’s Secret Service and the picture of the other M, so that was cool, but him dying, I’m suprised I didn’t see it coming, I just hope they don’t make bond a woman, I mean it would ruin the character, but that thing at the end that said Bond would return was promising, so yeah, just a lot going on and I’m wondering that the future for bond will be
I’ve been wanting to watch this movie for a while and when I saw they had added it to Netflix I went crazy. It’s such an amazing film I mean, it’s a masterpiece, Sergio Leone wouldn’t make a 4 hour long movie that was bad, he’d make it worth your while and that’s exactly what he did, I didn’t even realize the movie was 4 hours while watching, it went by a lot quicker than I thought it would.
