Totally Fucked Up 1993
one of gregg araki's best. totally fucked up shows the lives of a group of lgbt youth in the 90s and captures their lifestyles very well. it was very relatable for me and overall felt really personal and well done. comical at some times and serious at others, it shows what it was (and in some cases) / is like to be a gay teen and the things the characters go through daily. very well shot with a tasteful soundtrack too. 4/5

Birth 2004
although nothing that outstanding and innovative, birth is a well executed psychological thriller film with an interesting concept it carries out through the film and is shot exceptionally well at times and is in general a great movie visually. did i enjoy this film? yes. is it anything i'd watch a second time? probably not.
