Steve Kay’s review published on Letterboxd:
It's hard not to compare a gangster movie made in the 90s to Goodfellas. Donnie Brasco is no Goodfellas, not by a long shot. Too many cheesy moments. The first 30ish minutes are so underdeveloped. All of a sudden, Pacino is declaring he'd die for Depp. However, by the end, I felt sucked into this world and invested in the outcome.
