I love overrating films that are Black and White that should have been done in colour.
PBF was so so charming. I could feel Shia Labeouf and Zack Gottsagen's rapport through every scene they had together. It's a universally appreciable story about acceptance, love, trust etc. told in a sweet, but not sickly, way.
I also freaked out over Mick Foley and Jake the Snake having cameo roles. That's some of the leftover wrestling fan that still lies somewhere deep within me.
With this and Honey Boy, Labeouf has pulled some damn fine rabbits out of his hat in 2019. I can't wait to see what he does next.
