    I wanted to like this more but Angelina overshadowed her own character. Still a great script from Taylor Sheridan, the most important artist in the Neo-Western genre, with twists and turns to go with the typical cowboy hats and mayhem.

    If you've heard it before, and nobody wrote it, then it's probably a folk song.

    The Coen brothers have given us another gem to add to one of the best resumes in the history of cinema.

    Not just a goofy movie about a struggling Greenwich village musician, this film somehow managed to make me feel bad time and again for a complete asshole. He was so unlikable, but you root for him to the very end.

    The cinematography was beautiful, acting superb, script and directing spot on.

    In his follow-up to last year's surprise Sundance hit, Hereditary, Ari Aster delivers another mind fuck for audiences with this sun-soaked, psychedelic nightmare.

    A feeling of uneasiness settles in almost immediately and shit just keeps getting more and more weird. It didn't seem possible for a movie to make me more uncomfortable than Hereditary, but if there was one person who could pull that off, it would be Aster.
