    Twin Peaks: The Return, is in every sense, a trail by fire. My initial idea was to apply the word, “crucible,” but upon investigating the specific definition of the word, it can not be said that The Return aligns with its full meaning. To endure a crucible is to be left with something new. The Return rather steals more than it gives.
