Much like the wind, this movie comes out of nowhere and smacks you across the face with its incredible writing and acting. Literally everyone killed it in this movie. It's always so shocking to see 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐩 in literally anything. Her performances help to create a universe that is not only valid but exists...somewhere. Sometimes when I watch her I often think this is a real person and they are just playing themselves. Amy Adams also has a way of diving into her roles. I was convinced she was a scared child all throughout this. I really don't want to speak on her not having an Oscar. I just well..." 𝐼 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑑𝑜𝑢𝑏𝑡𝑠"... I won't speak on it.
This movie is PROFOUND that's all there is to it.
