Seamus Flynn’s review published on Letterboxd:
Update - June 11: For the life of me, I can’t think of any reason why I should revisit this movie. There’s a select few things that I enjoyed about this movie, but they are so inconsequential that they barely effect the overall film. And it doesn’t help that Zack said some stupid shit about the making of the film, which made the movie seem worse in hindsight. For example: I was worried throughout the whole film that there was a dead pixel on my TV screen, but I realized I was freaking out for nothing because it was just one defect that the “special lenses” that Zack bought for shooting the movie. Also using the song Zombie by the Cranberries is imo in poor taste if you look up what that song is actually about.
TL;DR - I dropped my rating down a couple of points because this movie - upon reflection - is a tad frustrating to think about.
